Our produce changes seasonally but as a general rule, it will be more savory than sweet, unless otherwise specified. Everything is finger food and bite sized. Any additions or must haves/can’t haves will be discussed at the time of booking.
For grazing table orders:
A table or serving area to set up on is perfect. It should be somewhat decorated with what you would like before we arrive. We will then add greenery and any flowers as requested.
The food itself will be laid either on boards, baskets or flatlay on food grade paper, depending on what you require. We have props to add height and contrast and will require these returned to us within 7 days if a clean-up service is not required/purchased.
For platter orders: we will drop off your platter fully set up. Pick up is also available.
Yes we do! This does however incur an extra fee of $80 to cover our time and travel.
Good to know: Any leftovers will be brought home to my very appreciative pig and chickens so there is no food waste!
For grazing tables: We will arrive on the day with the food refrigerated and pre-prepared so there is no need for kitchen access. We set up the grazing table on site at the agreed location, which can take from 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the scope and size. We will agree to timings during the booking process, excellent communication is something we pride ourselves in. Please note we will need parking access to set up. Once complete, ideally around 30 minutes before guests arrive, we will leave you and your guests to enjoy!
For platters: We drop off or you pick up at the arranged time.
We provide wooden knives, serviettes, side plates if required and biodegradable containers for all grazing tables.
We do not provide tablecloths or tables unless prior arranged.
We range throughout North Canterbury and delivery is free for platters within 30km and for grazing tables, within 120km from Hanmer Springs.
For platters, this free delivery area covers Amberley, Waipara, Cheviot, Waiau, Mt Lyford, Springs Junction, Kaikōura and everywhere in between. And for grazing tables or bulk platter orders, as far South as Christchurch.
We also have pick up available if that's most convenient for you.
We love to travel further afield and will happily provide a travel cost quote for you. You never know when we might be heading your way!

We will require a few details about you and your event and you will also receive our terms of service.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required.
We take payment via Internet Banking only.
Full payment will need to be made 7 days prior to your event. We will be in touch to arrange this and final details.
Please note deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to different days (pending availability and if cancelled before 14 days of date booked for).
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are absolutely available. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements or if any guests have allergies to be aware of.
We want to be sure that your event is as successful as possible and all your expectations for it are met. It is important that we, the Caterer, set out a few terms and conditions on which we will provide our services to you, the Customer.
CANCELLATIONS: If cancelled within 7 days before the event, no refund will be given. Outside of this time, a full refund will be given, less deposit. If circumstances have changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 25% will be required to secure your graze, with the balance paid 7 days prior to your event. Please be aware, deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a different date if cancelled 14 days prior to date booked for.
FOOD SAFETY: Our platters and grazing tables are created taking great care to follow a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety practices in accordance with bylaws and food safety regulations. We recommend keeping high food safety practices and recommend the produce is covered, and out of the sun. It’s ideal timing to be eaten within 2 hours of set up, especially if outdoors. Indoors, particularly in cool temperatures, the produce will stay fresh a lot longer. Please consider these types of environmental factors when booking. All our meats and cheeses are cured and shelf stable for a number of hours. However, if platters are to be served later in the day, we recommend keeping them covered and refrigerated.
GRAZING TABLE PROPS: Get Grazy requires all items to be returned either by drop off or arranged pick up, within 7 days. We will discuss this at the time of booking. If you have your own props etc to use, we can do that too if it’s easier.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: As a company we want to provide you with an outstanding customer service experience and stress free planning for your event. We will work with you to ensure this is a fun and enjoyable process!
ORDERING: Please email us at getgrazynz@gmail.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible. You will receive a response within 48 hours and a request for a few details from you about you and your event. Once received and the 25% deposit has been paid, we are good to go! The final balance (less deposit) will need to be paid 7 days prior to your event and we will send an invoice to you for this.
We will be in correspondence with you 7-10 days prior to ensure guest numbers are still correct, to confirm delivery details and anything else we need to discuss so the day runs smoothly.
PRICING: Our pricing reflects current food prices and is inclusive of GST. Travel costs may need to be added but we will discuss this at the time of booking.
PRIVACY POLICY & CONFIDENTIALITY: Unless you opt to receive messages from us, we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications, you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.
Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).
We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us. Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY: Displays, set-ups and designs made for you may be used by us on our social media pages, website, for promotions or in marketing materials. Any media or imagery with customers in them will not be used unless prior permission has been obtained.
THE FINAL WORD: We reserve our right to amend these terms at any time, without notice.
